The Sports Creative co-designs programs with communities that will empower marginalized and vulnerable youth to take control of their lives!

Google: The Google World Cup is a biannual soccer tournament for Google employees held at Chelsea Piers in New York City. The tournament raises critical funds for The Sports Creative and has led to many ‘Googlers’ volunteering their time in support of the organization.

NYC Footy: New York’s largest amateur football league with over 200 participants! NYC Footy regularly holds fundraising events for The Sports Creative.

Beyond Sport: Helping The Sports Creative through strategy, and communications to achieve maximum impact for young people.

Soccer Post Keller: Donated a wealth of sports apparel and equipment to the Mexico City program.

Michael Johnson Performance: Facilitated a partnership with Nike to provide soccer jerseys for youth in the Rio de Janeiro program.

Storytelling

Jo Griffin, Gustavo Oliveria & Renato Rocha: Through journalism, photography and theatre respectively, the renowned artists are helping youth from the SCUB program in Rio de Janeiro therapeutically process their environment and tell their own stories.

Leadership Skills Development

Each year, multi Olympic Gold Medalist and entrepreneur, Michael Johnson, selects extraordinary but underprivileged young people to take part in an exclusive leadership program run by his Foundation. The Sports Creative will have the opportunity to apply for one of the spots.
